Gift for an Idiot Charity Book raises even more money

Directa's Managing Director has raised even more money through the sale of his poetry book "A Gift for an Idiot"
One time manager of Chas and Dave and Local businessman Dave Dennison published his book, 'A Gift for An Idiot', with the aim of raising much needed funds for charities, The Farleigh Hospice and Alzheimer's Society (Enfield Branch).
The book had already been responsible for an initial presentation of £4000. This week a further £2000 was handed out by Dave, this brings up a new total of £6000 raised so far this year!

Waterstones bookstore, Chelmsford are also hoping make the book available for sale at book signings during the Christmas shopping period.
Farleigh Hospice is currently assisting with the care of over one thousand patients.
Enfield Alzheimer's use the funds specifically to employ trained help in order to give carers respite and relief from their twenty-four hour day responsibility.
