June 2005: Directa announce purchase of Kincora
Directa UK Ltd of Cold Norton has acquired Kincora, otherwise known as Antgauge Ltd of Salford, Greater Manchester, as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Antgauge Ltd will continue to provide the Kincora range of expandable foams and specialised chemicals, together with ancillary products and equipment as usual.
Malcolm Negus the founder of Kincora will be maintaining an interest in future development by acting as an executive consultant to Antgauge Ltd.
With immediate effect the company will be moving to Directa House, Cold Norton, Essex CM3 6UA.
