Opening an account

If you do not have an account but are a regular user of industrial products we would be delighted for you to join us as an account.

Simply complete the account application form and fax it to 01621 828105 with a note confirming your first order. An account manager will be assigned to your account to provide ongoing support should you need it.

Ordering on Directa Account

Customers with a Directa account can place orders online to be processed on their account.

The Business Account Order facility becomes usable once you have registered on the Directa Website and added your account number and postcode into the Account Information box ( Marked as Optional).

From then on the purchasing process could not be simpler, you fill your basket, click 'Business Account Order' enter a Purchase order Reference and complete the process.

If you have an account with Directa the number is printed on invoices and statements and has been included on recent email and posted marketing information. If you do not know your account number then please contact sales@directa.co.uk who will advise by return.
